Stayed August 2017: Accepts foreigners. Not impressed. First of all when we arrived we were told the room we had booked (the cheapest) was not available but they gave us a free upgrade. Great we thought, until we experienced the free upgrade. Turns out the central aircon unit is right outside our window. The room itself was old, dated, tired and although the bed sheets were clean the room itself was not very clean.
It stated in the hotel description the hotel features central aircon. True, but they seem loathed to turn it on. The first night we complained twice our room was hot before they switched on the aircon. We know they switched it on as it shook the whole room and was very noisy. Absolute terrible experience.
The next night we were moved to the room we originally booked which was a little bit of a hassle we would have preferred to forgo. This was not as noisy or as vibration inducing as the first one. This was probably, because again, the aircon was not switched on. The room was dark, dank and stuffy.
In both rooms we stayed in the water could not drain away in the bathrooms due to the way the floor was laid. This meant water was paddled throughout the whole of the bedroom.
On the plus side, QingNiWa Qiao metro is 5 minutes walk down the street and there are a couple of good cheap eateries across the street.
I must point out that I think some reviews on ctrip are not entirely fair on the hotels. Some people book cheap hotel rooms and expect best rooms and best service and when they are surprised this is not the case they leave poor reviews.
This is one of the cheaper hotels in Dalian that allows foreigners to stay. You get what you pay for here. Dont expect much. Pay a little more and go somewhere else is our advice.[2019-01-14 16:08]

酒店的地理位置很好，虽说离火车站没那么近，但是几分钟就到了。而且酒店下面好多小饭店，经济实惠，超市和水果店也有很多。离新玛特，大商等购物地点也近。
